The entire cart assembles and disassembles by hand in just a few minutes. No tools required. The shelves snap and lock into the corner posts, the wheels slide onto aluminum dovetail adapters and lock with safety pins, and the fences and handles tighten with ergonomic knobs. Everything collapses flat. The wheels store inside the frame, a spring-loaded latch locks it all together, and it becomes a self-contained travel case with its own handle and built-in transport wheels. Two side handle cutouts make loading it into a vehicle quick and painless.

The cart weighs 116 lbs (52.62 kg), reflecting the steel and aluminum alloy construction that allows it to support over 440 lbs of gear. When collapsed, the built-in travel handle and transport wheels mean you're rolling it rather than carrying it, and the side handle cutouts help when lifting it into a truck bed or cargo area.

The cart rides on four 10-inch inflatable all-terrain wheels. The rear pair are 360° swivel casters with a high-load foot brake system for precise positioning and secure parking on set. All four wheels attach via aluminum dovetail adapters with safety pins, and they store inside the frame when the cart is collapsed.

The cart comes with two 36-inch shelves. Each shelf provides approximately 961 square inches (~6.7 sq ft / 0.62 m²) of usable surface area, giving you roughly 1,922 square inches (~13.3 sq ft / 1.24 m²) of total working space across both levels. Both shelves are lined with carpeted mats to keep camera equipment scratch-free. The foldable back fence also doubles as a flat workspace surface for a laptop, call sheets, or paperwork between setups. A mid-shelf is also in development as a separate accessory to attach to the 2x cross bars.
