Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout based on your location. Delivery times are estimated as follows:
- Canada & USA: Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days.
- International: Shipping times vary depending on the destination, but most orders arrive within 10-20 business days.
Please note that shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight of your order, and your delivery address.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $150 CAD. This offer applies to standard shipping in Canada and the US only. The following products SKUs are not included: TBAG, SBAG, ST15, ST15MD, ST20, ST20MD, SVT10K, ABS12, ATR14, LG15, LG20, MTELS, MBWLS, CST20, CST40, LBDR6, MTL14, C40ARM, TSCRS, WAG40, BFC100, THKCC, SDTD and BTL100.
Orders below this threshold will incur a shipping fee based on the selected shipping method.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs and import duties may be applied once the package reaches your destination country. SHAPE wlb is not responsible for these charges. Any duties, taxes, or fees incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at [email]. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. SHAPE wlb is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.
