I’ve been using Shape products for over 10 years, dating back to the original FS7 handle extension that started it all. In all that time the gear has been bulletproof, it just works day in and day out. Recently the shoulder pad on this FX9 rig started to get funky almost getting sticky. I emailed Shape and within a day I had a reply and no questions asked a new part that didn’t have the problem was coming my way.
It’s not only good to not need customer support at all through the years, but So great to see that when I did need em Shape was right there for the customer and will have me back shooting ASAP.
Thats the kind of service that keeps me coming back .
