The FX9 baseplate is designed to match the Sony FX9 optical center. The bracket system with magnet let you swivel the baseplate to the left for an easy access to the camera screws. It is designed with 2 standard Arri rosettes for handles or accessories mount. The quick release adapter plate is compatible with most VCT tripod plate and there is also a protective rubber pads on top of the plate to protect your camera. Two 15 mm lightweight rod blocs can be fixed to the front and rear of the baseplate, allowing you to install more camera accessories. The safety ratchet knobs are built in a way to apply an optimal pressure to the rods. The thick shoulder pad produces maximum comfort and is made of gel padding and slip-free material. The baseplate is also designed with a sophisticated tool box to store your extra screws and Allen key. Quick access to your extra screws and Allen key can be a time saver, even more so, when you are in the middle of a shoot. The shoulder plate is equipped with 1/4-20 & 3/8-16 threaded holes allowing extra screws to be stored and there is a magnet at the back to attach your Allen key.

Add accessories and handheld functionality to your Sony PXW-FX9 camera with this rig kit from SHAPE. It includes a form fitting side plate with Arri rosette , a top plate, a rear insert plate, and a top handle with several threaded holes. The rear insert plate attaches to the rear of the camera to support it on the baseplate.

The rear insert plate is a CNC aluminum support plate compatible with the Sony FX9 camera. The plate mounts to the camera body via three M4 mounting screws. The center of the plate is designed with (3) 3/8-16 and (3) 1/4-20 threaded holes for tripod mount. The large surface of the plate also provides necessary support when the camera is mount to a tripod or a shoulder mount.

The Push-Button Viewfinder Mount is designed with a 15mm rod with push-button and a L-bracket viewfinder clamp with ratchet knob. The 15mm rod is compatible with the Sony FX9 camera handle or any 15mm mounting hole. It features two points of articulation for horizontal, vertical, and transversal adjustment of your viewfinder. The arm features three points of articulation (2 Push-button, 1 ratchet knob) allowing you to adjust the arm for your comfort. The arm attach to your camera or support via an ARRI compatible rosette with spring-loaded locking levers, which allow you to lock your arms in place. The arm is also designed with (2) ¼-20 and (2) 3/8-16 threaded holes with locking attachment stoppers for additional mounting options and to strongly secure the camera accessories in position. By simply pressing the button, you are allowed a 360-degree rotation to place the handle in the best position for your use. The Push-button system on the Handle articulating joint provides additional articulation near the rosette, while a second push-button articulation joint allows you to rotate and precisely position the rubber handgrips.

Befestigt wird die Schärfeziehvorrichtung mit einer Flügelschraube für 15mm Rods. Zum an- und abmontieren muss kein weiteres Zubehör wie z.B. Matte Boxen oder Griffe abgenommen werden. Das 0,8mm Zahnrad sitzt an einem verstellbaren Arm, der sich auf das jeweilige Objektiv anpassen lässt. Somit ist der Follow Focus mit fast allen Cineobjektiven kompatibel. Egal ob dabei das Zahnrad von unten gegen das Objektiv drückt oder von oben in den Zahnkranz drückt. Die Position des Zahnrads lässt sich anpassen.

Eine auf einem CNC-Aluminiumrahmen befestigte Silikonmattbox mit einem Außendurchmesser von bis zu 124 mm. Sie bietet ein breites Sichtfeld für eine Vielzahl von Weitwinkelobjektiven. Zwei 4×5,6-Filterschalen (eine davon drehbar) mit leicht zugänglichen Griffen, die einen Filterwechsel mit einer Hand ermöglichen. In die Einschübe können auch 4×4-Filter eingesetzt werden. Der Rahmen verfügt über zwei Stopper an der Unterseite der Filterschalen, um ein Durchfallen der Filter zu verhindern. Das abnehmbare Schwenkmodul macht den Objektivwechsel zu einem Kinderspiel. Ein Federstift hilft, den Mechanismus zu verriegeln, ohne den Stift manuell einstellen zu müssen. 2 Magnete halten ihn in geschlossenem Zustand fest. Der abnehmbare, höhenverstellbare Stabblock mit einem Feststellknopf ermöglicht eine Feineinstellung der Höhe und gewährleistet die Kompatibilität mit einer Vielzahl von Objektiven. Der Stangenblock kann für eine gerade Konfiguration direkt am Hauptrahmen wieder angebracht werden. Der komplette Bausatz ermöglicht drei verschiedene Konfigurationen (abschwenkbar, gerade und aufsteckbar). Eine abnehmbare, leichte Carbon Fiber French Flag kann an der Oberseite angebracht werden, um Flackern zu verhindern.
