Because some people find it more complicated to dismantle the FS7M2 handle to replace it with our Remote Extension Handle Kit, we decided to design another device with the Red Push Button technology. You can simply attach our Remote Extension Handle to the Sony Handle and the rosette without having to dismantle the Sony FS7M2 handle. Bottom line, the FS72RH is easier to install to the RHV2 but does not provide the extension feature, only the 360° rotation.
The SONY FS7M2‘s handle features a different and more efficient design. In reaction to this change, we’ve decided to craft the SHAPE FS7M2 SERIES to optimize the manipulation of this camera.
The Remote Extension Handle gives you more flexibility in the manipulation of your Sony FS7M2. With this first edition, you have to unscrew the Sony Handle to attach the extension handle device (FS72RH) to the whole Sony FS7M2 Handle. Compatible with ARRI rosettes, it’s designed with our unique red push-button technology. Just one push with your thumb and you can rotate the handle 360 degrees.
